Reference/BindCraft 2024 Reference

BindCraft: one-shot design of functional protein binders. Hallucinates binders directly against AF2-multimer, then refines with SolubleMPNN — the cross-check engine at stage D (PD-L1/Note/Engine choice). Later published in Nature as "One-shot design of functional protein binders with BindCraft" (Nature 646, 483-492, 2025; doi 10.1038/s41586-025-09429-6).
